Malaysian Election - What is the message to the people?
By Chek Piao @ 12:04 PM :: 648 Views :: 0 Comments :: Far and Away: Overseas Singaporeans
We have seen tremendous change in many countries' election particularly in Thailand, Taiwan and Malaysia. As for western countries, it is common that the countries are ruled by 2 major parties whenever the ruling regime is not meeting the nations' expectation. However, this has gradually influence Asia such as Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia. What are the root cause to that and how can those countries address the issues?

Root Cause Analysis for Malaysia Election :-

1) Increased Crime rates
2) Job opportunities for multi-racial
3) Investment opportunites (should open the economy more)
4) Lack of FDI
5) Inflation and increased oil price (beyond Government control - worldwide issue)
6) Education (should attract more foreign Universities to operate in Msia)
7) Corruption (all tenders must be transparent - should adopt e-tender)

These are the common issues in many countries that cause the regime to fall. If these issues can be addressed, people will live in harmony.
