PM is sincere

There's no doubt that PM is sincere. I hope that we can look at the problem and solve it. Not going around and around the real problem, which is how could we continue to get the best people and retain them in long term? Obviously raising the pay is the most direct and short-cut solution. You can think of that, i can think of that, even the hardworking coffee-lady at our 'kopi-tiam' can certainly think of that if you pose the question above!
