较差或较远屋子的成本是一样的。比如说，在同一座组屋，通常高楼是比较好，低楼的虽然比较差，但是建屋的成本还是相同！
先辈已经享受购买了便宜的屋子，如果他们把屋子买了和孩子同住，也已经把钱赚了！...
