Indeed every single IP address that you login can be traced back to you from the ISP.
If the government is serious in getting real ground feedback and feeling then all posting here should be taken without feeling defensive nor offensive. Ministers and MPs alike should conduct themselves in a gentleman fashion and permit citizens to question them or even doubting them.
Of course, each commenter must try to be as civil as possible. We can question the credibility of a certain minister or the ability of a certain person and try their best not to insult the person/s. Although some times certain actions or statement made can invite ridicule from people.
Incidentally, if you are doing a good job, do you think people will criticize? It is where people made statements or act in a way in which people find it unacceptable will people starts to criticize.
Words spoken or actions done unwisely, untimely, insensitively by leaders (loosely used) will definitely invite criticism from people who are affected especially when the evidence or justifications are not made clear to the people.
Unless your heart is as clear as crystal and deeds done are out of selflessness and without any self-gain. Anything short of this, criticisms will come.
Now, are our politicians mature enough to take criticisms? Maturity does not come with age as with wisdom.

Dear all anonymous,
The Minister for MCYS Dr Vivian Balakrishnan had once said that writing in anonymity is likened to "virtual shouting".
As such I believe that it is reasonable to conclude that Miinsters will have no time for "virtual shouting"
At the end of the day, our views expressed no matter how convincing and true will not be heard. We will be wasting our precious time and effort.

Invitation to an eTownhall Webchat on National Day Rally on 20 August 2008
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally (NDR) 2008 on 17 August 08 (Sunday). The NDR is the most important political speech of the year as the Prime Minister normally announces significant policies and plans at the NDR that will affect all Singaporeans. In view of this, REACH will be conducting a feedback exercise comprising various new media channels to gather public views on the Rally.
REACH will be organising an eTownhall webchat (a real-time webchat) to solicit views on the Rally speech. A copy of the speech will subsequently be uploaded on the REACH website (http://www.reach.gov.sg/).

i don't mind to be an anonymous..... All views are important as long as it is sensible. moreover, majority of the chatters in this forum are anonymous, if no anonymous, business will be poor....... LOL............
